How is this different from a meditation app or an audiobook?

Most audiobooks are designed to keep kids listening. Ours are designed to stop them listening. We don't use high-energy adventures or "magical" hooks that wind kids up. Instead, we use "low-dopamine" pacing, binaural beats, and somatic cues hidden inside the story to act as a dimmer switch for their brain.

I thought screens were bad for sleep. Why an app?

They are. That’s why we designed this to be heard, not watched. You hold the phone. Your child listens. The screen stays dark or invisible. We act as a shield against the blue light battle, keeping the focus on your presence rather than a device.

How does the personalization work?

You don't need to be creative. Before bed, you spend 30 seconds filling out a quick Canvas: How is your kid feeling? Restless? Anxious? We then create a story using their name and specific calming cues that match their mood. It validates their day so they can let it go.

What ages is this for?
